This formal extension reveals new predictions in quantum measurement and neurophysiology, suggesting novel insights into observer effects.
Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch OR) treats all observers as quantum-mechanically equivalent. This paper presents the Observer-Differentiated Collapse (ODC) framework, a formal extension of Orch OR introducing the Observer Coherence Operator C-hat and the Ancestral Coupling Hamiltonian H_AC. The framework yields a modified collapse time tau_ODC = tau_OR / exp[alpha * C(psi_obs)] and generates three falsifiable experimental predictions testable with current neurophysiology and quantum measurement technology. Standard Orch OR is recovered as a special case at C(psi_obs) -> 0. v2 corrected April 2026.
