High-quality Cd3P2 nanocrystals with various sizes from 1.6 to 12 nm were prepared. Correspondingly, the size tuning emissions cover a broad range from 450 to over 1500 nm with quantum efficiencies of 30−70%.This synthetic approach would open a new route for synthesis of other II−V nanocrystals.
