This study presents a blinded, ex-ante predictive analysis of binary black hole (BBH) gravitational waveforms, focusing specifically on the 35 Mₛolar subpopulation. Based on the Fluid Cosmic Crystal Theory (FCCT v0. 8), we hypothesize that the pre-merger regime (t ∈ tc - 50ms, tc) is not purely Markovian, but exhibits structural memory signatures due to lattice-level energy dissipation in the spacetime fabric. We establish strict, preregistered falsification criteria to isolate these phase drifts from standard General Relativity (GR) templates. This letter serves as the formal theoretical framework preceding the observational validation using LVK O1-O4 open-source data.
