Abstract

IS hospitalizations in Brazil have risen over time, with seasonal variation and significant disruption during the pandemic. Thrombolysis remains underutilized. Findings highlight the need to strengthen stroke systems of care and improve access to reperfusion therapies across the Brazilian public healthcare system.
