This paper applies the Temporal Dynamics Framework to Schinzel's Hypothesis H (1958) on simultaneous prime values of polynomials. Hypothesis H generalises many prime conjectures including twin primes and primes of the form n² + 1. The analysis includes twin prime specialisation, x² + 1 analysis, precondition verification, violation analysis, Bateman-Horn comparison, decoherence events, and spacing analysis. Eight diagnostic figures are included. Paper 37 in the Temporal Dynamics Framework Research Series.
