Archaeological evaluation reveals no features in development area, suggesting low potential for finds.
A trial trenching evaluation was required to assess the archaeological potential of the development area, which comprised approximately 1665sq.m. Four trenches each measuring c. 20 m long comprising a total of approximately 190sq.m. were excavated across the area covering a total of c. 10% of the area to be developed. No archaeological features or deposits were identified during the evaluation.
