This scientific article is devoted to the study of barley seed germination in collector-drainage water using chlorella in the climatic conditions of Turkmenistan. As a result of the research, priority areas for agricultural development were identified, and we found out that Turkmenistan, starting in 2020, has been actively planting rough crops, in particular barley, which in turn requires additional water sources. The results of the experiments showed (in the first part of the experiment) that the combined use of chlorella with collector-drainage water gives positive results, compared to the control water, the increase in barley grains was 5%. In the second part of the experiments, we tested various sources of water for barley grains, and as a result of the experiments, we determined that the combined use of collector-drainage water with a suspension of chlorella allows us to obtain a fairly high yield, in the case when barley grains were planted in a suspension of chlorella from pure water, the yield was 97%, in the case of the control sample - 92%, and in the case of the combined use of collector-drainage water with a suspension of chlorella - 83%, which creates the opportunity for us to use collector-drainage water as a source for agricultural crops, in particular for barley.
