Abstract

This policy brief, published in March 2026, summarises results and lessons learnt from the implementation of Task 5.2 on the Western Balkans Mobility Scheme and two reports based on workshops, expert interviews and exchanges with partners, grantees and their mentors: first the Report on Western Balkans Regional Mobility Scheme (D5.5) and a second Policy Report “Circulating Excellence: Rethinking Research Mobility in the Western Balkans”.
