This paper introduces the Silica Photonic Solid-State Drive (Silica SSD), a disruptive 3D optical storage architecture based on the B³D-HPA (3D Body-High Performance Architecture) framework. Unlike traditional write-once glass storage, the Silica SSD leverages Physical Hash Addressing (PHAT) and Dual-Level Energy Locking to achieve a fully erasable, non-volatile, and random-access memory system. Key technical contributions include: PHAT Mechanism: Converting stochastic material inhomogeneity into deterministic spatial addressing resources. Bone-Skin Hierarchy: A dual-layered storage structure ensuring long-term stability of core system data while allowing rapid rewriting of user data. Five-Layer Thermal Drift Mitigation: Enabling reliable read-write operations in non-thermostatic, industrial environments. This work establishes the physical and logical foundation for next-generation integrated storage-computing photonic hardware.
