This work presents a novel theoretical framework addressing a fundamental problem in atomic and quantum physics. We propose a new physical mechanism to resolve long-standing inconsistencies in the description of electron behavior within atoms, establishing a consistent physical picture that bridges classical electromagnetic principles and quantum mechanical observations. This work lays a foundational conceptual basis for further rigorous mathematical formalization, detailed theoretical derivation, and experimental validation, with the aim of formal publication in leading peer-reviewed physics journals.
