Building on V3's revisions to clarify objective observation definition, eliminate ambiguities, and unify quantum measurement, cosmic dynamics and information-matter coupling, V4.1 supplements the complete mathematical formalization of total entropy conservation, explores the quantum mechanism of black-hole information transfer, adds the entropy evolution prediction during black-hole accretion, refines matter-information phase transition observables, and improves the multi-scale verifiable prediction system, maintaining a rigorous, non-idealist, falsifiable physical framework.
