Case DesCriptionIn October 2021, a 67-year-old Caucasian woman was referred for evaluation to our center the Santa Maria della Misericordia Hospital in Perugia, Italy for bilateral corneal edema secondary to Fuchs' dystrophy.The patient had been diagnosed with POAG a year earlier, with an already compromised visual field, and was being treated with oral acetazolamide 250 mg (Diamox, Teofarma, Pavia, Italy) half tablet BID and a fixed combination of dorzolamide 2% and timolol 0.5% (Cosopt, Santen, Osaka, Japan) one drop BID in both eyes.The patient was also being treated with dexamethasone 0.2%
