Abstract:Objective To explore the rehabilitation status of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and further clarify the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles on their NIHSS scores and motor function. Methods A total of 88 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hexi District in Tianjin from May 2024 to May 2025 for the study. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the 1:1 principle: patients receiving routine rehabilitation nursing were assigned to the routine group(n=44),and patients receiving comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on HACCP principles in addition to routine rehabilitation nursing were assigned to the intervention group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results At t1, the NIHSS score of the intervention group was lower than that of the routine group, and the FMA score was higher than that of the routine group (all P < 0.05). The recognition rate of the intervention group (97.73%) was higher than that of the routine group (81.82%) (χ2=6.065, P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on HACCP principles has high clinical practical value, helping to repair patients' damaged neurological functions, improve limb motor ability, and enhance recognition.
