Analysis reveals clinical features and treatment of tracheal diseases in bronchoobstructive syndrome, suggesting a multidisciplinary approach improves diagnosis accuracy.
Objective. Demonstration of the clinical features and treatment options in patients with tracheal diseases in the framework of the differential diagnosis of bronchoobstructive syndrome based on the analysis of the results of world and domestic literature. Material and methods. Sources from the international databases Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, and the library system eLIBRARY.RU were used for the analysis. Results and conclusion. The variety of diseases and the similarity of the clinical picture often create difficulties in the differential diagnosis of stenotic diseases of the trachea, especially in patients with bronchoobstructive syndrome. A multidisciplinary approach involving pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, endoscopists, and radiologists improves the accuracy of diagnosis of tracheal stenotic diseases.
