Abstract:Objective: To explore the application value of implementing full-process quality control management in routine biochemical tests in the laboratory department. Method:Two hundred patients who underwent routine biochemical tests in our hospital from January to June 2024 were selected as the control group and routine quality control management was implemented. Two hundred patients from July to December 2024 were selected as the observation group and were subject to full-process quality control management. Compare the differences between the two groups in terms of sample quality and the pass rate of test results. Result:The incidence of hemolysis in the observation group was 0.00%,significantly lower than 2.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion:The application of full-process quality control management in routine biochemical tests can effectively reduce the hemolysis rate of samples, increase the pass rate of some key indicators' test results, and is conducive to the improvement of overall sample quality and test quality, thus having good clinical application value.
