Abstract：Objective：To explore the construction process and application effect of the whole process quality control system for medical record front page. Methods： 100 medical records before and after the implementation of the whole process quality control system in our hospital were randomly selected. The overall quality of medical record front page before and after the implementation of the whole process quality control system was compared. Results ：After the implementation of the whole process of medical record，the quality of medical record front page，the accuracy of main diagnosis，etc. were all better than those before the implementation of the whole process quality control. The archiving time of medical records after the implementation of the whole process quality control was shorter than that before the implementation. Conclusion ：The construction of the whole process quality control system for medical record front page can effectively improve the completeness and accuracy of medical record front page and improve the quality of information in medical record front page.
