This paper presents an ontological proof of the Riemann Hypothesis by integrating the True-Circle Self-Consistency (TCSC) axiom system with the 64-dimensional compact torus model (YD-T64). We model the universe as T^64 = (S¹) ^64, whose dimensionality corresponds to the complete holographic encoding (2⁶ = 64). Under the strict constraints of the TCSC axioms (Closure, Self-Referential Stability, and Generative Completeness), the Riemann function is reconstructed as a self-referential harmonic operator on T^64.
