Abstract

This paper aims to address two long-standing centurial challenges in physics: the "inability to unify gravity and electromagnetism" and the "lack of non-circular fundamental definitions for core physical quantities". It constructs two minimalist axioms and uses them as the sole logical foundation to build a gravity-electromagnetism unification system. This system provides non-circular fundamental definitions for core physical quantities such as time, space, matter, force, and velocity, with all definitions being self-consistent and compatible. On this basis, through mathematically and logically seamless derivation, it reproduces traditional classical formulas including Newtons Second Law, the Law of Universal Gravitation, Coulombs Law, and Einsteins Field Equations, thereby achieving a fundamental unification of gravity and electromagnetism from the underlying level. Based on the self-consistency and mathematical rigor of the theory, a key verifiable experiment is proposed, which relies on existing mature technologies, can be reproduced at low cost, and directly validates the theory. Entitled "Detection of Gravitational Effects from High-Intensity Dynamic Perturbations", this experiment uses varying electromagnetic waves to drive the motion of insulators, directly verifying the gravitational properties of electromagnetic waves. It provides empirical support for the theory and firmly establishes the scientific conclusion that "gravity and electromagnetism share the same origin
