Current physics often classifies universal gravitation, electromagnetic force, strong interaction and weak interaction as the four fundamental interactions. However, weak force is essentially a process of particle decay and energy release, not an attractive or binding interaction between two objects, so it should not be included in the unification of fundamental forces. This paper eliminates weak force and takes universal gravitation, electromagnetic force and strong interaction as the three real fundamental interactions in nature. Based on basic physical observables such as mass, electric charge and distance, this paper constructs a simple and self-consistent unified theory. Universal gravitation and strong interaction belong to the same source mass-coupling interaction, following the same inverse-square structure, and only distinguish action scale and strength through coupling constant and exponential decay term. Electromagnetic force is charge interaction, which also satisfies the inverse-square law. Based on the unification of gravitation and strong force, this paper incorporates electromagnetic force into the same framework and realizes the unification of gravitation, electromagnetic force and strong force. The theory eliminates redundant hypotheses, is mathematically self-consistent in the whole domain, can be calculated quantitatively and tested experimentally, and achieves the long-unrealized goal of unified field in fundamental physics. The three forces do not exist independently; they are unified in the properties of matter. Only when light is converted into matter do the properties of these three forces arise.
