Abstract

A 65-year-old man presented with unstable angina and calcified right coronary artery stenosis on diagnostic catheterization via radial approach. Percutaneous coronary intervention was performed via 7F femoral access using a Judkin’s Right 4 catheter followed by an Amplatz Left 0.75 guide catheter.
