It examines exchange rate stability, foreign reserves growth, and macroeconomic recovery indicators following the 2019 financial crisis. The paper highlights key findings such as the stabilization of the exchange rate around 89,700 LBP/USD, the increase in Banque du Liban (BDL) foreign reserves to approximately $12 billion, and projected GDP growth of 4% in 2026. The research also discusses structural challenges, including low banking sector trust, the expansion of the cash economy, and the need for financial reforms to restore international confidence.
