This manuscript presents the InfoBioMatrix model, a theoretical framework describing perception as an interaction between internal and external informational flows. The model introduces Associative-Information Complexes (AICs) as minimal units of neuroinformational dynamics and proposes a unified mechanism linking perception, memory, and motivation. This manuscript is a preprint and has not yet been peer-reviewed. It is currently under review in a peer-reviewed scientific journal.
