The study is based on secondary data and evaluates key aspects such as capital mobilization, pricing patterns, sector distribution, and listing performance. The findings reveal a strong expansion in IPO activity after 2023, with significant dominance of large-sized and book-built issues. The research provides insights into market dynamics and supports informed investment decisions.
