This note reports the suppression factor convergence of an energetic carrier in prime numbers, suggesting a significant mathematical relationship.
The decomposition theorem of arXiv:2604.00054 expresses the collision Fourier coefficient in terms of L(1,chi) and the diagonal character sum. This note defines an energetic complement-odd carrier by weighting primes by the digit deviation at a prime w coprime to the base, and reports that the resulting suppression factor converges to D_7 = 133/1682 independently of the gate prime. Observed on primes through 2^28 at base 30.
