A single triangular cell carrying four qubits, constrained by the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy bound, reproduces all 34 parameters of the Standard Model and cosmological sector from one experimental input (alpha^-1 = 137) and three physical postulates. Key results include: the top quark mass mₜ = v/sqrt (2) = 172. 1 GeV (-0. 27%), the Weinberg angle sin² (thetaW) = 3/13 matching the PDG value to 0. 5 sigma after running, all nine quark masses via SU (5) decimation, all three PMNS mixing angles to sub-1% accuracy, the Higgs mass bracketing experiment at one loop, and the strong coupling alphaₛ = 3/26 from Bell-pair channelling. The neutrino sector produces normal-hierarchy masses with a testable sum of 64 meV. The CKM CP phase delta = 3pi/8 emerges from Berry holonomy on the Hamming lattice. Paper 5 of the EDCE series. Supersedes earlier partial results in Papers 3-4 (see Appendix E for evolution notes). =========================================================================================== The author is seeking an arXiv endorser in hep-th or hep-ph to facilitate journal submission of this preprint series.
