Randomized trial derives 23 parameters from topological self-duality, suggesting new physics insights.
DEFINITIVE VERSION. We derive 23 Standard Model parameters with zero free parameters from SU(3)3 ⊗ SU(2)2 at the self-dual Chern-Simons level k=g=N=3. The single topological invariant 14 = dim SU(3) + k + g controls six physical quantities. Top 10 (all <0.5%): sin2θW = 3/13 + λ4/6 (0.006%) β = Nπ2/((k+g)(k+g+1)) (0.03%) sin θC = exp(-14/(3π)) (0.04%) 1/αem = 42π + 5 (0.065%) sin2θ12 = 1/3 - λ2/√3 (0.1%) mH = (v/2)√(1+2λ2/√3) = 124.9 GeV (0.3%) me/mμ = λ4√3(1+2λ2/√3) (0.3%) αs = 2/17 (0.3%) sin2θ23 = 1/2 + λ2√2 (0.4%) sin2θ13 = λ2/2 - √2λ4 (0.4%) Also: Ngen=3 theorem from (N-3)(N+1)=0, δ=π/g universal CP formula, normal neutrino mass ordering. Testable: δPMNS=-π/2 (DUNE), normal ordering (JUNO).
