We provide an updated checklist of the mosquito species that occur in Maine. Seven species are added as new state records: Anopheles crucians, Aedes grossbecki, Ae. rempeli, Ae. thibaulti, Culex erraticus, Culiseta inornata, and Psorophora ciliata.
