This paper presents the Pythagorean Conical Frustum Unified System (V11.3) with the core innovation of Dynamic π₁. A primitive-point-centered theoretical system is constructed, and it is concluded that the universe has only three stable primitive points: 1, 5, and 11, which correspond to a three-bipyramid stereo pin-character coupled four-dimensional structure with the same core, origin, and isomorphism. Strict mathematical, geometric, and physical proofs demonstrate that the 11-dimensional structure is the actively integrated, optimal closed stable state of the universe, rather than a passive upper bound caused by mathematical collapse. The primitive point 11 is located at the central coupling zone of the upper and lower bipyramids, acting as the global command center. The cosmic morphology appears as an ice-cream-shaped bipyramid with a central energy aperture, maintaining dynamic energy exchange and structural stability. This theory is fundamentally different from mainstream 11-dimensional theories: it does not regard 11 dimensions as a collapse limit, but as a natural stable form formed by cosmic self-convergence. The theory is logically closed and physically consistent, providing a complete unified framework for cosmic structure.
