This paper establishes the Pythagorean Frustum Unified System V11.4, a self-consistent and axiomatically closed cosmic framework. Based on hierarchical continuous growth, nondissipative evolution, and geometric invariance, the theory unifies macroscopic cosmic structure and microscopic particle physics under a set of fundamental origin definitions and dynamic parameters. By introducing three axioms of the global operator β₁, a coaxial dual-cone geometric model, and a progressive cosmic growth formula system, this work rigorously proves the 11-dimensional optimal boundary and reveals that the universe operates through the interaction of certainty and uncertainty. The system demonstrates macro–micro isomorphism and complete self-consistency without external physical assumptions, providing a unified paradigm for fundamental physics.
