ABSTRACT Wireless communication networks face resource allocation problems stemming from economic constraints and fluctuating market conditions that traditional methods cannot address. Fixed allocation strategies fail to adapt when economic situations shift, creating inefficient resource distribution and unstable service delivery. This study introduces EMRA‐LM (Economic‐aware Multidimensional Resource Allocation with Large Models), an allocation framework integrating large model intelligence for real‐time economic analysis. The framework constructs an economic‐aware objective function balancing cost efficiency with service quality targets while incorporating market volatility constraints. Through enhanced genetic optimization guided by LM predictions, EMRA‐LM obtains optimal allocation strategies under varying economic conditions. Experimental validation across 13‐dimensional network configurations demonstrates maximum resource efficiency reaching 95% with perfect allocation accuracy, outperforming the strongest economic baseline by 7.8 percentage points while maintaining stable performance under market volatility.
