[RETRACTED] A Deterministic Exact O(n³³) Algorithm for the Maximum Clique Problem via Φ-Partition Features, Vacancy Filling, and Vertex Splitting

NOTICE OF RETRACTION: The author is retracting this work due to a recently identified logical error in the implementation of the vertex-splitting process. Specifically, the algorithm does not maintain a strict polynomial complexity bound on all graph topologies, and the "Double-Bound Theorem" as currently formulated does not guarantee the claimed O(n₀³³) bound for worst-case instances.
