Smart Nanocomposite Hydrogel for Osteoarthritis Therapy This artwork illustrates a smart nanocomposite hydrogel for osteoarthritis therapy. By integrating a chimeric peptide with 2D GeSe nanozymes into a responsive hydrogel, it achieves precise target and delivery. This strategy disrupts the vicious cycle network of oxi-inflamm-aging by preserving mitochondrial homeostasis, offering a promising multifunctional platform for osteoarthritis treatment.
