The history of pediatric maxillofacial surgery cannot be written without mentioning the contribution of Professor Roginsky V.V. In 1991, on the initiative of Vitaly Vladislavovich, the scientific and practical association of the Moscow Center for Pediatric Maxillofacial Surgery was established, which included the divisions of the Central Research Institute of Dentistry (Department of Surgical Dentistry and Department of Pediatric Maxillofacial Surgery, as well as the Department of Pediatric Maxillofacial Surgery of the St. Vladimir Hospital in Moscow).
