Transductive Information Physics: A zero-peramtere unification of mass,time, and conciousness

We present a unified Lagrangian formulation deriving mass, temporal dynamics, and conscious agency from a single transduction principle with 0 free parameters. Information current Iµ is identified as the conserved Noether current of 11D information-phase symmetry. The transduction vector Ψµ is promoted to a 4-vector field ensuring Lorentz invariance. All constants are derived from c, ħ, G, kB, α and microtubule geometry: Ψ0 = 6.45 THz, δtotal = 0.0302, ρsat = 1.8×10^19 kg/m³, ∆φ = 0.845 ps. The framework covers flat spacetime and biological systems. Consciousness requires Fröhlich condensation in microtubules with Q > 10^4. Falsification: If SNOM spectroscopy fails to detect a 6.45±0.01 THz resonance in microtubules at 310K, the consciousness predictions are withdrawn. Binary kill criterion.
