TÍTULO Dynamic Enteropancreatic Phenotyping Across the Periprandial Transition: A Multivariate Functional Principal Component Analysis (mFPCA) Approach to Periprandial Transition Profiles and Integrated Enteropancreatic Patterns DESCRIPCIÓN This dataset supports the analysis of dynamic enteropancreatic hormone responses during the periprandial transition across five metabolic phenotypes: lean controls, obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), sleeve gastrectomy (SG), and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGBP). Hormones measured: total ghrelin, acylated ghrelin, GIP, GLP-1, PYY, insulin, and glucose at sparse longitudinal time points. Statistical approach: Sparse univariate PACE (fdapace 0.6.0), multivariate functional PCA using the Happ-Greven method (MFPCA 1.3-11, Chiou 2014 normalization), and permutation-based FANOVA (B=5000, Benjamini-Hochberg FDR, Goldsmith 2013 confidence bands). Global seed: set.seed(20260422). Reproducibility ensured via renv.lock archive.
