Randomized trial demonstrates universal topological invariants across independent observables, indicating a significant breakthrough in theoretical physics.
We demonstrate that the biloidal floor [γ = 1/45] identified in the CAT’S Theory corpus operates as a universal topological invariant across twelve independent observables spanning cosmology, particle physics, and Big Bang nucleosynthesis. The cosmological energy density partitions exactly as [Ωₘₐₜₜₑᵣ = 14/45] and [ΩΛ = 31/45], matching Planck 2018 within 0.6σ and 0.002σ respectively, with the cosmological constant [Λ = 3 H_0^2 (31/45) / c^2] at 0.83% of the observed value, resolving the cosmological constant problem without QFT vacuum cancellation by computing from [H_0] rather than [MPlanck]. The same 14/45 that gives [Ωₘₐₜₜₑᵣ] matches JUNO 2025’s reactor measurements in [sin^2 θ₁₂] and [Δ m₂₁^2], and the 1.5σ solar–reactor tension is identified geometrically as [7/22 - 14/45 = 7/990 ≈ α]. Two independent derivations of the electron neutrino mass scale agree at 0.4%, yielding a three-mass spectrum with [Σ m_ν = 59.5] meV and structurally forced normal hierarchy, inside the DESI+Planck bound. The baryon asymmetry [η_B = α^4 (17/45)/√π] matches observation at ~1% and is linked to a cosmological vacuum–matter asymmetry factor 17/45, while a geometric resolution of the strong CP problem sets [θQCD = 0] and predicts [δPMNS = 9π/8]. Five additional observables close at experimental precision, including [ΛQCD], [sin^2 θ_W], the scalar spectral index [n_s], the helium-4 abundance [Y_p], the Higgs vev [v], and [α_s(M_Z)], with all twelve closures using only previously established corpus integers and a single falsification handle [w = -1] testable by DESI.
