Survey examines the impact of aroma oil awareness and usage patterns on customer satisfaction, indicating important implications for product development.
This study aims to examine the effects of aroma oil awareness and usage patterns on customer satisfaction. With the growing trend of wellness and personalized consumption, aromatherapy has evolved beyond simple fragrance use into an experiential and emotional activity. However, previous studies have mainly focused on awareness, with limited attention to actual usage behaviors. A survey was conducted on 390 adults with experience using aroma oils, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The results showed that aroma oil awareness had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, users who actively engaged in blending oils and used them regularly reported higher satisfaction levels. These findings suggest that not only awareness but also experiential usage patterns play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction. This study provides practical implications for developing personalized aromatherapy products and programs.
