This paper introduces the Enneadic Divergence (ED-Model), a mathematical framework transitioning from quantitative value to qualitative force dynamics in Base-10 systems. We define the duality of the 9-Stabilizer and the 7-Disruptor as primary drivers of transcendental expansions. We identify the Locus L22500 as a critical ”Coordinate Address” in π, where radial geometry and linear arithmetic achieve phase-alignment. The model provides a predictive mechanism for extreme cognitive numerical performance, validated retrospectively by the 2004 π recitation incident.
