Prostate cancer is a rapidly expanding area for radiopharmaceutical therapy, primarily driven by prostate-specific membrane antigen-targeted imaging and therapy. This growth necessitates new workflows that address the full clinical spectrum of care. This article describes a practice-based approach that follows the prostate cancer patient's course through this therapy, from referral, imaging, consultation, and therapy administration. Key operational components are reviewed, including radiopharmaceutical selection, imaging options, scheduling, staffing considerations, radiation safety, and therapy delivery methods. Common challenges and practical solutions are highlighted. Together, this work supports the radiopharmaceutical therapy care team in delivering coordinated, high-quality care across the diagnostic and therapeutic phases of prostate cancer management.
