Examines UV-side admissibility in gravity-based universe models, suggesting new governance frameworks.
This v1.0.0 record is the GCV Governance-route / gate-architecture record. Its central object is a two-layer route. The first layer starts from the IR GR-exact GCV backbone, where local gravity has Einstein form with a flux-fixed integration constant and the strictly spacetime-constant vacuum mode is excluded from the local source. The Governance Bridge translates that IR source-assignment condition into UV-facing admissibility language. A candidate UV-side realization is admissible only if it realizes this bridge without reintroducing a freely running local vacuum-energy source. The second layer is the downstream branch-viability route. After Governance Bridge landing, the route filters the GR-exact landed branch through residual-label availability, observed-scale residual support, positive-Lambda viability, shell-throughput, matter-bearing / visible-matter selection, galaxy-viability diagnostics, observational consistency, and side/deep compatibility audits. This record is a route and claim-boundary ledger. It does not re-prove the Governance Bridge Law, the CCP synthesis, the value-selection modules, the Positive-Lambda module, or the matter-shell diagnostic package. It names the gates, records their status, identifies falsifiers, and states how candidate UV-side realizations become GCV branches only after source-assignment admissibility is satisfied. The release includes the compiled manuscript, LaTeX source, CITATION.cff, README, MANIFEST, and SHA256SUMS. Internal drafting, provenance, and alignment notes are intentionally excluded from the public upload package. Version DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19874411. homepage: https://johansson.digital
