Abstract

This Zenodo record provides the v1.2.0 Full Governance-UV edition of the UV existence-proof and benchmark parameter-mapping package for the Gauged Constant Vacuum-Mode (GCV) framework. The record documents a benchmark-scoped, semi-explicit UV→EFT response-mapping package. It keeps the v1.1.0 CFI §6.2 Route-B benchmark, the explicit two-flux vacuum, membrane/metastability checks, and PB0–PB2 growth-response prediction cards, but updates the scope language to the post-Governance-Bridge architecture. The applicable claim in v1.2.0 is Full Governance-UV, not a universal “Full UV-scope” claim. The Governance Bridge is treated as the upstream source-assignment admissibility law; the CFI §6.2 compactification is the active conditional benchmark realization tested under that law. CFI §6.1 and other non-GCV or partially built bridges are not active GCV bridges unless separately upgraded to satisfy the Governance Bridge criteria. Version v1.2.0 also adds an optional G-Origin / branch-stiffness safety screen. This appendix identifies the Einstein-Hilbert coefficient as the natural location of a future G-origin derivation, records the benchmark branch-stiffness hierarchy, and checks that the retained visible response mode does not linearly induce variable-G leakage. This is a compatibility and safety audit, not a derivation of Newton’s constant and not a claim that Λ causes gravity. Included are:- the v1.2.0 Full Governance-UV manuscript PDF,- curated benchmark workbooks and ledger artifacts,- explicit UV→EFT mapping sheets,- the optional G-Origin / STU Hessian projection worksheet,- supporting closure and provenance documents,- README, CHANGELOG, and SHA-256 manifest. Version delta from v1.1.0:v1.2.0 preserves the v1.1.0 benchmark scientific chain but tightens the scope boundary, aligns the package with the Governance Bridge / route architecture, removes the misleading “Full UV-scope” interpretation, and records the optional branch-stiffness screen.
