The article explores modern forms and methods of managing the educational process in schools in the context of digitalization. Administrative, socio-psychological, information-analytical, and control-regulatory methods and their integrated application are analyzed. The author’s model of management based on digital monitoring is presented, including target, content, analytical, managerial, and corrective components. The practical significance of the model lies in improving the quality of education and the effectiveness of school management.
