Purpose: Passiflora incarnata is a notable medicinal plant recognized for its therapeutic properties, largely attributed to its flavonoid and phenolic content. This study aimed to investigate the cytotoxic, oxidative stress-inducing, apoptotic, and antimicrobial effects of P. incarnata.Materials and Methods: Cytotoxicity was assessed using the XTT assay in SNU-1 gastric cancer cells, determining the IC₅₀ value as 88.95 μg/mL. Oxidative stress markers were evaluated via Total Antioxidant Capacity (TAC) and Total Oxidative Status (TOS) kits. Apoptotic activity was analyzed using BAD and Caspase-3 ELISA kits.
