This paper presents a non-modal formulation in which holding and non-holding are fixed without location. Holding and non-holding are not placed within fixation. No inside or outside is introduced, and no spatial determination is assumed. They are not treated as contained, excluded, or situated. Without introducing causality, temporality, or subject-dependent interpretation, holding and non-holding are approached without placement, relation, or positional distinction. The paper does not propose an explanatory framework. It fixes a configuration in which spatial assumptions about holding are not introduced.
