echnical Abstract Title: Polydronic System 360°: A Unified Framework for Atmospheric \ (CO₂\) Transmutation and Topological Neuro-Cognitive Stabilization Abstract: This treatise introduces the Polydronic System 360°, a multi-scalar architectural framework designed to transition global thermodynamic cycles from dissipative open-loop configurations (Status 0) to phase-coherent, closed-loop sovereign systems (Status 1). Grounded in the proposed field relation \ (E=mci²\) and the bidirectional ITTI/TIIT (Input-Time-Time-Input) mirrored protocol, the research explores the conceptual transmutation of anthropogenic \ (CO₂\) liabilities into stable \ (C₆₀\) fullerenic and graphene-based structural assets. On a planetary scale, the framework utilizes Pillar IV (Faraday-Lenz Reflective Compensation) and Pillar V (Schrödinger Spectral Separation) to model a non-dissipative carbon-oxygen decoupling mechanism, reframing annual emissions of ~38. 1 Gt as a high-density mass reservoir for advanced material synthesis.
