This theoretical framework integrates non-creative flow with cognitive resilience and neuroplasticity, suggesting implications for mental processes.
Continuing the proposals regarding the theoretical and experimental framework of non-creative flow (FNC), the present work provides several clarifications regarding the FNC cycle, the selective inhibition of the DMN, the connections between this state and neuroplasticity and cognitive resilience, emphasizing accuracy in experimental validation, and finally proposing several hypotheses that integrate FNC into the overall functioning of the human mind. Note: Both authors contributed equally to the conceptualization, hypothesis development, and writing of this theoretical framework.
