This study explores the structure of attachment by analyzing the role of thought in shaping psychological reality. It suggests that attachment is not an independent condition but a product of thought creating continuity through memory and projection. A key insight is that thought operates invisibly, causing individuals to mistake its constructs for reality. This leads to identification, fear of loss, and the illusion of control. Attempts to overcome attachment through effort are shown to be ineffective, as they originate from the same thought process. The paper concludes that attachment dissolves not through discipline or control, but through direct observation of thought without division between thinker and thought. In such awareness, attachment loses its psychological foundation naturally.
