This is a revised and expanded Zenodo version of the preprint on toponium threshold resonance in the \ (TEBAC\, 9D/9D^+\) framework. The manuscript develops a mathematically structured and phenomenologically testable framework for the top--antitop threshold region. It combines non-relativistic QCD, effective Hamiltonian methods, Green-function resonance theory, Fredholm-determinant pole criteria, and a finite-range TEBAC topological correction of the formₓ₎ (r) =-\, e^- rr. \ Compared with the original August 2025 version, this revised version improves the structure, figure placement, notation, claim-safety, data-provenance language, and mathematical organization. The paper separates standard \ (QCD/NRQCD\) inputs, phenomenological fits, illustrative figures, and TEBAC-specific deformation effects. It formulates spectral diagnostics such as resonance-pole shifts, modified line shapes, changes in \ (| (0) |^2\), and stability constraints that may be compared with present and future threshold measurements. The revised version also includes a new appendix explaining the methodological spectral-determinant continuity between the toponium module and the \ (RH/BSD\) modules of the broader \ (TEBAC\, 9D/9D^+\) programme. This connection is structural and non-deductive: no arithmetic result is used as a collider-physics input, and no experimental confirmation of \ (TEBAC\, 9D/9D^+\) is claimed. The manuscript is intended as a claim-safe, referee-readable phenomenological and operator-theoretic module within the broader \ (TEBAC\, 9D/9D^+\) research programme.
