Literature review highlights benefits and challenges of AI in e-recruitment, indicating the need for ethical supervision.
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in e-recruitment automates the entire process starting with sorting applications, matching profiles, scheduling interviews and sending instant feedback, which optimizes time, accelerates recruitment and increases operational efficiency, and reduces costs while enriching the candidate experience. Nevertheless, these advances are accompanied by significant limitations: a loss of human interaction, an information overload for recruiters, and the appearance of algorithmic biases that can favor certain profiles to the detriment of others. These challenges require a rigorous framework for AI, in particular by guaranteeing the transparency of algorithms and the protection of personal data, as well as continuous human supervision. Finally, the literature review on ReKrute.com and its "Kiara" tool illustrates this dual dynamic: efficiency and innovation on the one hand, and ethical vigilance and human responsibility on the other, in the context of recruitment in Morocco.
