} heptanuclear cluster based 3D porous architecture with 45% porosity, and shows exceptional chemical stability. Exploiting PET induced luminescence enhancement, ZnNaMOF demonstrates high potential as a luminescent sensor for quantitative detection of 5-HIAA and 5-HT biomarker, exhibiting high selectivity, sensitivity, strong anti-interference capability, and low detection limits (8.34 nM for 5-HIAA, 6.21 nM for 5-HT). Furthermore, Boolean logic gate-based intelligent detection platforms were developed to enhance the convenience and practicality of urinary 5-HIAA and serum 5-HT level monitoring.
